Everyday Makeup Bag

What's In My Everyday Makeup Bag

Makeup, for me at least, changes every day depending on what I am doing that day. However, most of the time I find myself grabbing for the same products over and over again. So let's talk about what I keep in my everyday makeup bag.

Face Products:

Maybelline Dream Pure BB Cream: Shade- Light Sheer. This BB cream has 2% Salicylic Acid in it. I use this directly on any blemishes to help cover them and help to get rid of them faster. This is very light weight and has sheer to light coverage. It is great if you just want to color correct and fight blemishes all at once.

Garnier Skin Active BB Cream for Normal/Dry Skin: Shade-Light/Medium. I really enjoy this BB Cream. It definitely is only for people with really dry skin. This gives you a really dewy look, however I set it with a powder and that makes it matte and lasts all day. There is a faint smell to it but it does not stick around.

Rimmel Stay Matte Primer: This primer is great for under the Garnier BB Cream. This helps keep things in place and looking matte all day, while keeping your skin moisturized.

Eye Products:

Covergirl Clean Concealer: Shade- Light Pale. This is perfect for blemishes and just to cover up under eye circles. It does not cake up under the eyes and is moisturizing.

Sephora Color Corrector: Shade- Bright Future. This shade is used for dullness. I use this under the eyes to brighten everything up. There are a couple negatives to this product though. The applicator is rough and feels very rough under the eyes. Also, the applicator does not pick up a lot of product so I have to dump into the bottle multiple times until I get the desired amount.

Elf Eyebrow Pencil: Shade- Taupe. I love love love this eyebrow pencil. It helps fill in my brows but still make them completely natural.

Elf Cream Eyeliner: Shade- Black. This eyeliner is dark and stays all day. It does not smudge one bit which is why I grab for it every day.

Lancome Hypnose Drama: Shade- Black. This is just a travel size mascara but so far I really like it. The wand is big and curved to help get the product to all of the lashes. It does not clump the lashes together and helps keep things looking natural.

Elf: Volumizing & Defining Mascara: Shade- Jet Black. This mascara really does darken and lengthen the lashes but it is really watery and clumps up a lot.

Face Powders:

Sephora Colorful Bronzer: Shade- Los Cabos. I live by this bronzer. It is the perfect shade and does not look orange at all.

Elf Tone Correcting Powder: Shade- Cool. This powder has a mix of four different shades that helps tone correct your face. I use this to set my concealer and BB Cream. It is very light weight and does not give your face a powdery look.

Malibu Glitz Blush: Shade- Blusher. This blush is only $1 and it is by far one of my very favorite blushes. It has a beautiful pink shade with a little bit of simmer to act as your highlight. It is well worth the price.

If you have any questions or would like to see a demo of any of these products let me know!

Thanks y'all
