I had high hopes for this BB Cream. My goal was to use this BB Cream as an everyday, light coverage with SPF to protect my skin in the sun. I bought this in shade Light/Medium and the type that is for Normal/Dry skin. This product comes with 2.5 Fl Oz, which is actually a really generous amount. The price is anywhere between $10-$12.
Garnier has come out with a Normal/Oily skin type for this BB Cream as well. The consistency of that one is very watery, and I have not had good luck with watery BB Creams.
The consistency of the Normal/Dry skin BB cream is ideal for me. It is thicker and mousse-like.
I apply this with a beauty blender sponge. Immediately it applies a little oily looking but it is nothing to be concerned about. If you like the dewy look then this is perfect for you. I am not crazy about the dewy look so I just top it lightly with a powder and it makes it a little more matte.
Reviews on this BB Cream had me thinking it was going to be awful and look really oily all day. Once I top this with a powder it stays put for the day and does not look extra oily at all.
Long story short, this BB Cream is a YAY! I do recommend it and if you have dry skin, like me, try the dry skin type one. It is definitely worth it and I highly, highly recommend it.
