Beef Tips and Rice with Broccoli

This meal is my all time favorite meal ever! It is healthy and one of the easiest things to make and it tastes amazing.

Ingredients:
1 pack of beef tips (found in the cold meat section of the grocery store)
1 bag of frozen broccoli florets
1 box of rice (white or brown. I use white)

Instructions:
1.Season the beef tips with salt and pepper, some garlic salt, you can even season them with some steak seasoning.
2. Put the beef tips in a crock pot and cover the beef tips with water. Set the crock pot to to low and let it cook the beef tips for 7 or so hours.
3. Once the beef tips have been cooking for around 6 1/2 hours, put a pot of water on the stove to boil for the broccoli.
4. Once the water is boiling, put the broccoli in and turn the heat to low. Let the broccoli sit in the water until it is as soft as you would like.
5. However many cups of rice you want, that is how many cups of water to put on the stove to boil. I add a spoon full of butter in the water too.
6. Once the water boils, put however many cups of rice you want into the water and remove from heat.
7. Let sit for 5-10 minutes.
8. Once complete, mix the rice, broccoli and beef tips together and season as needed.

Hope you enjoy it! I know I do every time!(:

Thanks for reading!
