Healthy Breakfast Sandwich
Serving Size: 1 Sandwich
Ingredients:
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
1/2 Avocado
1 Slice of Canadian Bacon
1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese
1 Egg
Instructions:
1. Cook your eggs the way you like them (scrambled or fried)
2. Toast your English muffin in the toaster.
3. Cook the Canadian Bacon on the stove.
4. Put eggs, cheese, avocado, and bacon onto the English Muffin.
